Minimum Maintenance Procedures for Model 10 Excavators:
First, is the hydraulic fluid level correct? correct.
Is the oil cooler clogged, restricting air flow? normal
Does the speed of the oil cooling fan reach the specified value? normal
Are the set pressures of the main bleed valve, gate bleed valve, and operating bleed valve lower than the standard value? The standard value is normal.
Is the main relief valve pressure too high? too much stress.
Check the ultimate load pressure and speed on the tester display
Adjust the ΔP screw to make the ΔP pressure reach 25bar, turn the speed control lever to a minimum, and wait for the speed to stabilize. Check whether the maximum load pressure and low speed are normal through the tester display. Press: teach release 4-5S with switch. If the teaching light flashes quickly, it means that the engine speed is slow or the limit load pressure has not been adjusted properly. Check the governor lever potentiometer and final load pressure until normal. If it flashes slowly, it is normal, and then quickly turn the speed control lever to the limit position. After the speed stabilizes, press the teach switch for about 1 second. When the teach light flashes rapidly, press the speed adjustment lever. Reach the speed limit (1000-1150rpm); when the speed is stable,
Slowly increase the speed until the teach light starts to come on. At this point the speed should be (1090-1400rpm). Press the teach switch again. When the indicator light starts to flash slowly, please slowly increase the speed until the teaching light is on. It is always on, the speed should be (1470-1700rpm), press the teaching switch again. When the indicator light starts to flash slowly, please speed up slowly until the teaching light starts to light up, then change the speed to (2200)~2300rpm), then press it again, and then notify the switch. When the light starts flashing slowly, slowly increase the speed to (2270-2420rpm). At this time, the indicator light is flashing, press the teaching switch, the indicator light is on, and then goes out, and the GLR indicator light on the right control panel is off, indicating that the engine speed adjustment has been completed. Start the engine at 2160-2300 rpm.
